Key Responsibilities:
- Keep an accurate record of tasks and follow-ups, ensuring they are executed in a timely manner.
- Maintain executive’s agenda, assist in planning schedules, appointments and meetings
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Attend meetings, keep minutes and follow up on action items.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects as directed by executive management.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Degree in business administration or relative field.
- Three years experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP Software.
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
