Secretary

Hiring an Secretary for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Keep an accurate record of tasks and follow-ups, ensuring they are executed in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain executive’s agenda, assist in planning schedules, appointments and meetings
  3. Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  4. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
  5. Make travel arrangements for executives.
  6. Attend meetings, keep minutes and follow up on action items.
  7. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  8. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  9. Coordinate and oversee special projects as directed by executive management.
  10. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  1. Degree in business administration or relative field.
  2. Three years experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  3. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  4. Proficient in MS Office and ERP Software.
  5. Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
  6. Good organizational and time-management skills.
