Hiring an Contact Center Agent for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure the delivery process completion within the promised time to our customers, through an extensive coordination with our partners.
  2. To support our partners technically when required ensuring that all our technical solution in the shops work properly (tablets, speakers).
  3. Handle inbound and outbound calls with our customers to insure the highest quality assurance standards of our service are being met.
  4. To convey company processes with the partnered shops and ensure they are always updated and implementing those processes.
  5. To provide the operations and business development teams with concise reports with regards to quality of orders highlighting areas of improvement.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree holder with experience in the similar position.
  2. Structured thinking & organizational skills.
  3. Strong oral, written & verbal communication skills in English
  4. Self-motivated with demonstrated flexibility & adaptability in intense situations.
  5. Be responsible & efficient.
