Assistant Accountant

Hiring an Secretary for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate financial records and assist in account preparation Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
  2. Perform bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and process payments.
  3. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
  4. Improve internal processes and financial controls within the finance team.
  5. Prepare VAT returns and assist with regulatory filings.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  3. Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred) and MS Excel.
