A reputed firm looking for a receptionist in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  2. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  3. Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  4. Announcing clients as necessary.
  5. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  6. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  7. Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  8. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  9. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  10. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Key Requirements:

  1. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  2. Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
  5. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  6. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
