Job Responsibilities:
- Making and serving tea and coffee to guests and managers.
- Maintained cleanliness of office equipment and furniture.
- Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants perform their duties.
- Monitoring the external cleaners.
- Filing documents as per the department’s requirement.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant.
- Should be punctual, reliable respectful, trustworthy and honest.
- Basic computer knowledge.
