Job Details:

  • To carry out corporate secretarial works for Board Committees and to provide professional support.
  • Prepare and send invitation documents and submissions pack to the respective members of each committee before the respective meetings dates.
  • Attend committees’ meetings and prepare the necessary notes, minutes and decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain register of all minutes, recommendations, decisions or resolutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Office fluency is essential.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Detailed oriented, with perfect follow up skills and coordination.
