Description

IBFI Investments Advisory FZ is a well known Financial Institution on Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai. Company requires now an Office Secretary on Full time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Customer calls and redirecting to management.
  • Greeting Customers.
  • Typing Letters accurately in Word and Excel.
  • Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday from 9am - 5 Pm.

Qualifications:

  • Well groomed
  • Pleasant Personality
  • Well spoken in English
  • Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline.
  • Should know to use Word and Excel.
  • 1 to 5 Years of Experience preferably in a Bank or Financial Institution.
  • Should be currently in UAE
  • Female Candidates preferred.

Age: Max 30 Years
Nationality: Preferably - Indian / Philippines

Expected Salary: AED 3,000/- Per Month all inclusive + Visa/Insurance.
