IBFI Investments Advisory FZ is a well known Financial Institution on Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai. Company requires now an Office Secretary on Full time basis.
- Receiving Customer calls and redirecting to management.
- Greeting Customers.
- Typing Letters accurately in Word and Excel.
- Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday from 9am - 5 Pm.
- Well groomed
- Pleasant Personality
- Well spoken in English
- Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline.
- Should know to use Word and Excel.
- 1 to 5 Years of Experience preferably in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Should be currently in UAE
- Female Candidates preferred.
Age: Max 30 Years
Nationality: Preferably - Indian / Philippines
Expected Salary: AED 3,000/- Per Month all inclusive + Visa/Insurance.
