XYZ Designers LLC is a dynamic Interior Design and Architecture company in Dubai. Now they looking for a talented, active and fast learning Office Secretary to join team.
- Office administration:- Tenancy, licenses, compliances, coordination with building management for various issues.
- Effective daily routine management:- visitors, incoming calls, meetings schedule, office supplies;
- Design team support:- assist in preparing presentations, signages, company profile, project brochures etc;
- Digital Marketing:- manage and develop social media network, prepare weekly posts and reach new followers;
- Focal point for suppliers: - Updating and extending the database, market research, update the material library;
- HR executive: - visa process, DMCC compliance, focal point for insurance, certificates and other employment related documents, attendance and leaves records, payroll;
- Projects document control:- issue proposals, invoices/receipts, project correspondence.
- Strong, active, friendly personalities with desire to learn are welcome to submit the applications.
- Fluent English are essential.
- Interior design or Graphic Design background is preferred, good knowledge of MS office, PowerPoint, Adobe programs.
