Al Ahli is a reputed Driving center in Dubai. Company hiring now candidates for the position of Executive Secretary.
- Answering the phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Develop and maintain a proper filing system.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Document expenses and hand in reports.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
- Candidate should have at least 1 year experience in similar role.
- Good communication skill needed.
- Good knowledge in MS Office suit.
