We are hiring suitable candidates for the post of Secretary in Dubai. Interested candidates can apply.
- Answer the telephone and deal with incoming customer inquiries as necessary.
- Deal with incoming post on a daily basis, passing for action where appropriate.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Organize and schedule meetings and take down meetings minutes and agendas.
- Establish office filing systems and maintain effectively security and archive of all electronic and hard copies documentation.
- Maintain company policies and procedures in coordination with General Manager and appropriate Line Managers.
- Assist General Manager in sourcing out permanent as well as temporary staff.
- Assist in sourcing out suppliers of office equipment.
- Provide administration support to different departments and concerned persons.
- Prepare letter of appointments, memo/circulars.
- Compile and update company formats in accordance with company procedures.
- Compile data and operate computer systems in performance of routine.
- Schedule and organize required departmental meetings.
- Candidate should have Graduation or Diploma.
- Excellent organizational and communication skill.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Problem solving & decision making skills.
- Be customer focused.
- Proficient in MS Office.
