Job Details:

  • Answer the telephone and deal with incoming customer inquiries as necessary.
  • Deal with incoming post on a daily basis, passing for action where appropriate.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and take down meetings minutes and agendas.
  • Establish office filing systems and maintain effectively security and archive of all electronic and hard copies documentation.
  • Maintain company policies and procedures in coordination with General Manager and appropriate Line Managers.
  • Assist General Manager in sourcing out permanent as well as temporary staff.
  • Assist in sourcing out suppliers of office equipment.
  • Provide administration support to different departments and concerned persons.
  • Prepare letter of appointments, memo/circulars.
  • Compile and update company formats in accordance with company procedures.
  • Compile data and operate computer systems in performance of routine.
  • Schedule and organize required departmental meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate should have Graduation or Diploma.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skill.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Problem solving & decision making skills.
  • Be customer focused.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
