Looking for experienced candidates for the position of Receptionist in Dubai.

- Handle incoming calls and customer service enquiries.
- Manage the customer care desk.
- Welcome and direct customers.
- Respond to the office phone in a professional manner.
- Work with the support staff to ensure the office area is tidy and the files are organized and kept safely.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Maintain up to date records on visits and calls.
- Monitor office supplies, prepare office budget and restock supplies.
- Candidate should have Degree or diploma.
- Should have experience from one to two years is much preferable.
- Able to provide a proactive, responsive and customer focused services.
- Should have high level of inter-personal skills.
- Should be adaptable and able to work on own with minimal supervision.
