Looking for experienced candidates for the position of Receptionist in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and customer service enquiries.
  • Manage the customer care desk.
  • Welcome and direct customers.
  • Respond to the office phone in a professional manner.
  • Work with the support staff to ensure the office area is tidy and the files are organized and kept safely.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up to date records on visits and calls.
  • Monitor office supplies, prepare office budget and restock supplies.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate should have Degree or diploma.
  • Should have experience from one to two years is much preferable.
  • Able to provide a proactive, responsive and customer focused services.
  • Should have high level of inter-personal skills.
  • Should be adaptable and able to work on own with minimal supervision.
