A well known Engineering company in UAE urgently requires an Office Assistant with Engineering Background. Interested applicants can send Resume.
- Maintaining accurate records and enters data into computer and organizing the filing system.
- Types correspondence, meeting notes, and other documents and maintaining confidentiality of the works.
- Able to take care of all the technical documentation works at the Production Manager’s office.
- Able to help the production manager and arranging his documentation works and filing the documents in the relevant location.
- Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents and maintaining in systematic way.
- Assists with organizing events when necessary,
- Able to retrieve the documents as and when required,
- This is the requirement of General shift hours, but if needed, willing to work extended hours.
- Able to prepare presentations as per the direction given by Production Manager.
- Candidate must be an Engineering graduate.
- Candidates should have experience of 1 - 2 Years in same role.
- Must be computer literate and able to work in MS office, Excel, word and power point etc.
