- Administering enrolments, changes, and terminations forms of employees.
- Answering requests and questions of employees,visitors.
- Assisting with new employee hiring processes.
- Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to Admin programs and services.
- Assisting with the performance review and termination processes.
- Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes.
- Answering and directing phone calls to concerned staff.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments on behalf of management team.
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
- Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
