We needed suitable candidates to fill the post of Office Assistant in Dubai.
- Managing general office admin and marketing team support directives, handling incoming and outgoing parcels and posts.
- Responsible for maintaining and filing of records by different departments.
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
- Responsible for office administration and maintenance of office equipment’s, staff's attendance & discipline records.
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.
- Managing staff schedules and timesheets, managing office boy/peon team for office tasks.
- Respond to questions and requests for information
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Candidates with two years experience in same role.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
