We needed suitable candidates to fill the post of Office Assistant in Dubai.

Job Details:

  • Managing general office admin and marketing team support directives, handling incoming and outgoing parcels and posts.
  • Responsible for maintaining and filing of records by different departments.
  • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
  • Responsible for office administration and maintenance of office equipment’s, staff's attendance & discipline records.
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.
  • Managing staff schedules and timesheets, managing office boy/peon team for office tasks.
  • Respond to questions and requests for information
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Candidates with two years experience in same role.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
