We are hiring experienced candidates for the post of Office Assistant in Abu Dhabi.

Job Details:

  • Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to Admin and HR programs and services.
  • Assisting with the performance review and termination processes.
  • Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to concerned staff.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments on behalf of management team.
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
  • Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Preparation of employees schedule and timetable.
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system.
  • Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures.
  • Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintaining contact lists and booking travel arrangements for management team.
  • Submitting and reconciling expense reports.
  • Providing general support to managers, directors and visitors.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably with at least one year experience as an admin assistant or Office Assistant.
  • Freshers will be considered based on Education and level of smartness
  • Candidates can start immediately prefers.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral.
  • Presentable, smart, confident.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks.
