We are hiring experienced candidates for the post of Office Assistant in Abu Dhabi.
- Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to Admin and HR programs and services.
- Assisting with the performance review and termination processes.
- Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes.
- Answering and directing phone calls to concerned staff.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments on behalf of management team.
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
- Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Preparation of employees schedule and timetable.
- Developing and maintaining a filing system.
- Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers.
- Maintaining contact lists and booking travel arrangements for management team.
- Submitting and reconciling expense reports.
- Providing general support to managers, directors and visitors.
- Preferably with at least one year experience as an admin assistant or Office Assistant.
- Freshers will be considered based on Education and level of smartness
- Candidates can start immediately prefers.
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Presentable, smart, confident.
- Able to manage multiple tasks.
