Job Requirements:

  • Candidate with two to five years experience.
  • Must know MS Excel (all formulas, functions, V Lookup & Pivot Table), MS PowerPoint.
  • Have Bachelor Degree (Red Ribbon) with 2 years working experience in MS Excel.


  • Answering all incoming calls and provide information about company services.
  • Open and distribute post on a daily basis.
  • Assist the team with general administrative tasks such as faxing, photocopying, scanning, filing, binding and printing.
  • Assisting with updating letters of engagement in accordance with the firm’s policies
  • Assisting with client take on matters including, money laundering checks, letters of engagement and general compliance forms.
  • Assisting with preparing monthly invoices and arranging for these to be sent to clients.
  • Assist with correspondence, including drafting letters/email replies.
