Description

Haider Hardware is a newly established Building materials trading company based in Nahda-1, Dubai. Company requires now Female Office Admin.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinating with the PRO for the new hiring, renewals and visa cancellations.
  • Answering calls from prospective clients and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

Job Requirements:

  • Should have good communication skills in English language together with basic computer skills.
  • Arabic language, photoshop skills will be an added advantage.
