A leading company located in Dubai looking for a Receptionist.
- Greet and meet visitors with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person.
- Efficient and courteous handling of telephone calls, provide necessary information or guidance to the caller and transfer the calls to the relevant personnel in the office.
- Ensure that cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the reception area and adhere essential housekeeping standards.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain the security sign-in book and a general filing system of correspondence, contacts and deliveries.
- Bachelor’s degree in administration is preferable.
- Two or more years’ experience working in an office setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize the tasks.
- Customer-service oriented.
