Job Description:

  • Greet and meet visitors with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person.
  • Efficient and courteous handling of telephone calls, provide necessary information or guidance to the caller and transfer the calls to the relevant personnel in the office.
  • Ensure that cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the reception area and adhere essential housekeeping standards.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain the security sign-in book and a general filing system of correspondence, contacts and deliveries.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration is preferable.
  • Two or more years’ experience working in an office setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize the tasks.
  • Customer-service oriented.
