A well established group of companies in Dubai is looking for a receptionist.

Industry: Manufacturing


  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
  • Manage hotels and ticketing for business travel of the employees.
  • Receiving courier and invoices and monitoring the logbook.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails and preparing documents.
  • Raise the Purchase Order & follow up to get approval from concern persons to make payment for suppliers on timely manner.
  • Deal with courier companies to provide timely services to the internal clients (employees).
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative task.


  • Candidate with one to three years experience as Receptionist.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize the tasks.
