Job Description:

  • Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms, Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Board Of Directors.
  • Manage travel and schedule.
  • Prepare agenda for meetings, Takes and transcribes dictation.
  • Handle information requests.
  • Coordinates office management activities, Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working in a similar role in assisting top level management persons.
  • Proven working knowledge and experience in MS Office Applications such as MS word, MS excel and MS powerpoint.
  • Excellent communications & interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of office procedures, protocols, organization and filing systems.
