We are leading group of companies looking for Experienced candidates for the post of Executive Secretary in Dubai.
Industry: Real Estate
- Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Candidates who already in the UAE and can start immediately preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Smart and detail oriented.
- Willing to work on extended hours.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
- Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation for the management.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings; preparing and sending minutes of the meetings accordingly.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO
Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
- Coordinating with different department heads to ensure that goals set by the Management are being achieved.
Salary Package will be based on your previous experience and qualifications.
