We need suitable candidates to fill the position of Customer Service Executive in Dubai.
Industry: Freight Forwarding
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
- Obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- High school diploma or Associate degree in a business-related field preferred.
- Candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies.
- Familiar with CRM systems.
- Quality Focus,Attention to Detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
