Looking for a experienced candidates for the post of Customer Service Executive in Dubai.

Industry: Rental Service

Job Details:

Provide better services to clients,visitors.
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls to provide information and relay any messages.
Greet and welcome persons entering the office.
Direct visitors to the respective area or person needed.
Prepare emails, forms and any deliverables required by other staffs.
Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing, scanning, printing.
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically. Organize conference, meetings and appointments.
Resolve problems of customers by follow up with concerned department.

Job Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role.
Attention detail with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills.
Customer service orientation.
