Looking for an experienced candidates Customer Service Executive in Dubai.

Job Details:

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls to provide information and relay any messages.
  • Greet and welcome persons entering the office.
  • Direct visitors to the respective area or person needed.
  • Prepare emails, forms and any deliverables required by other staffs.
  • Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing, scanning, printing.
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically. Organize conference, meetings and appointments.
  • Resolve problems of customers by follow up with concerned department.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibility of the post.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role.
  • Attention detail with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
