Looking for an experienced candidates Customer Service Executive in Dubai.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls to provide information and relay any messages.
- Greet and welcome persons entering the office.
- Direct visitors to the respective area or person needed.
- Prepare emails, forms and any deliverables required by other staffs.
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing, scanning, printing.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically. Organize conference, meetings and appointments.
- Resolve problems of customers by follow up with concerned department.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibility of the post.
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role.
- Attention detail with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
