We now provide trade finance Facilities on behalf of importers, exporters, manufacturers & Contractors to conclude their Trade Deals and Projects. Now company hiring suitable candidates to fill the post of Customer Care Executive Cum Secretary


The candidate is required to have a good command of business correspondence individually to provide a prompt and efficient response to the client queries on phone & via email.

He/She will be mainly involved in the following activities:

  • Responding to phone calls of the customers and providing them with the requested information.
  • Promptly & accurately replying to the email inquiries using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Responding to inquiries on B2B portals & Social Media channels.
  • Attending clients meeting in office and providing the business support.
  • Managing Clients Database by using SuiteCRM and controlling their documentation.
  • Providing administrative support to the management team.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Minimum graduate
  • Must have 3+ years relevant UAE experience preferably in a secretarial role.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
