Olive Technologies was established in the year 2006, the cornerstone of our business has been the objective technical advice and support we provide to our clients. Today, as a premier provider of communications and infrastructure solutions. Company urgently requires a Call Center Agent.
- Answer calls and respond to emails.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Following up on existing orders and escalating when required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Call Center or customer service experience.
- Fresher/Students are welcomed too.
- Languages known - Malayalam, English and Hindi.
Work days: 6 days a week,
Work timings: Willing to work in shifts and on weekend and Holiday, last shift ends at 12:00 AM.
Preference: Female candidates with own sponsorship preferred,
