Advancd Engineering is a reputed technical works providing company in Abu Dhabi. Now they hiring applicants to fill the post of Admin cum Secretary.
- schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers.
- Answer calls from clients, supplier and sub-contractor regarding their inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain Calendar and Plan Meetings.
- Prepare And Edit Documents.
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, including Word and Excel, and the ability to learn billing software and electronic medical records.
- Handle Mail
- Ability to operate office equipment (fax, copier, mail, etc.).
- provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
- maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
- perform data entry and scan documents.
- Handling Accounting works.
- assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- maintain office supplies for department.
- Preparing Quotation and Invoices.
