Advancd Engineering is a reputed technical works providing company in Abu Dhabi. Now they hiring applicants to fill the post of Admin cum Secretary.

Responsibilities:

  • schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers.
  • Answer calls from clients, supplier and sub-contractor regarding their inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain Calendar and Plan Meetings.
  • Prepare And Edit Documents.
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, including Word and Excel, and the ability to learn billing software and electronic medical records.
  • Handle Mail
  • Ability to operate office equipment (fax, copier, mail, etc.).
  • provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
  • maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • perform data entry and scan documents.
  • Handling Accounting works.
  • assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • maintain office supplies for department.
  • Preparing Quotation and Invoices.
