- Schedule various appointments and meetings, greeting visitors and clients.
- Printing, copying, and filing of various documents.
- Make arrangements for travel and hospitality.
- Answering to important phone calls, e-mails, and other communication.
- Candidates with minimum four to five years of work experience in similar job.
- Proficient with computers – MS Office and other applications.
- Fluency in English (Arabic will be an advantage).
