Eco Star Cleaning Services is a Professional Cleaning Company based in Dubai. Company requires candidate for the post of Admin Assistant.

Job Details:

  • Arrange appointment for visitors and/or clients to meet with company staff.
  • Organize/coordinate business trips, book trips, book hotels and ticket as requested for employees.
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office and office equipment.
  • Answers and transfers telephone calls and ensure accurate information is kept and pass to the right person or department.
  • Assist the Managing Director and other staff as requested.
  • Files and maintain records.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak and write in English
  • Bascic Computer knowledge.
