Eco Star Cleaning Services is a Professional Cleaning Company based in Dubai. Company requires candidate for the post of Admin Assistant.
- Arrange appointment for visitors and/or clients to meet with company staff.
- Organize/coordinate business trips, book trips, book hotels and ticket as requested for employees.
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office and office equipment.
- Answers and transfers telephone calls and ensure accurate information is kept and pass to the right person or department.
- Assist the Managing Director and other staff as requested.
- Files and maintain records.
- Must be able to speak and write in English
- Bascic Computer knowledge.
