We are a Global Brands supplier for the largest retailers in Middle east, distributing products from a portfolio of brands that includes natural bath products, natural hair products, and skincare. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant (male / Female) for our firm.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Answer the general phone line at the office.
- Respond to any consumer questions, comments, or complaints.
- Order supplies and maintain the office (paper, pest control, cleaning).
- Proofread and edit emails, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist with website updates, event preparation, and showroom sales.
- Help plan and execute activities, outings and training.
- Collect the mail and sort it for each employee.
- Ensure that physical and cloud storage files are organized and up to date.
- Minimum two years experience as admin assistant.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word is required.
- Experience in Web Development, Instagram, event organizing, client relations and an interest in the fashion and beauty industries are all preferred as well.
- Well Typing Speed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The Administrative Assistant should be very eager to learn, hardworking, very organized, outgoing, friendly, easy to work with, self-motivated, creative, and should be good with computers and technology.
