Sprecher Berrier Group of Company is a well reputed group which act as Master Distributor and develops prestigious cosmetic's brands in the Middle and Far East. Now they requires a Sales Administrative Assistant to join company immediately.

Job Details:

Candidate will be tasked to provide support for the sales department management including but not limited to

  • Sales orders & invoicing.
  • Database updates and management.
  • Business review presentations.
  • Monthly sales reports & forecasts.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have above average proficiency in office applications (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint).
  • highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Initiative and good judgement.
  • critical thinker.
  • Effective oral & written communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • College level preferred but not required.
  • Experience in SAP or other ERP/business system an advantage.
