Job Details:

  • Organizing and schedule meetings and appointments of management.
  • Send and distribute email, correspondence letters, memos and faxes.
  • Provide Assistance in the preparation of management reports.
  • Assist in all other administration activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Should have good computer knowledge.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Capable to handle phone and email inquiries.
  • Maintains office database.
  • Can work independently and with minimum supervision.
