Job Details:

  • Providing support to our Managers and employees.
  • Follow up Calls for Payments & Orders.
  • Assisting in daily office needs and managing our office's general administrative activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and Computers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, in particular).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
